Our Services

NLS Sourcing offers a complete End-to-End Product Sourcing service that follows a logical staged process through the sourcing journey. We handle every intricate detail, from handpicking reputable manufacturers from our network or working with the client’s preferred manufacturer, to handling requests for quotations (RFQs), negotiating prices, coordinating the order processing, and orchestrating shipping and logistics.

We understand that our clients have different needs and priorities. In recognition of this, we have adopted a flexible approach that allows our clients the option to either engage us to assist them with the full end-to-end product sourcing process or with any one or more of the six stages of the end-to-end product sourcing service.

Stage 1

Consultation

The process begins with an initial consultation where we gather data on the project requirements, quality standards, budget and objectives.
After the consultation, we provide a project plan that clearly outlines the stages of the sourcing process, the tasks to be undertaken at each stage and the projected timelines. The project plan is updated regularly and status updates provided throughout the souring journey.

Stage 2

Manufacturer Selection and Verification

We utilise the information obtained during the consultation stage to identify suitable manufacturers from our network of trusted partners.
Our clients have the option of selecting manufacturers outside of our network. However, in this case, company verification will be conducted to establish the manufacturers’ credibility and proven track record.

Stage 3

RFQ Management

We prepare and submit RFQs to the selected manufacturers, review the quotes in relation to the client’s requirements and manage follow-up communications with the manufacturers.
A comparative analysis summarizing the information contained in the quotes will be provided and will form the basis of the ‘quotation review and approval’ process that will be held with the client.

Stage 4

Price Negotiation

We coordinate the price negotiation discussions and communicate all price reductions agreed, and discounts offered, to the client.
We aim to strike the perfect balance between achieving competitive prices that are aligned with the budget, without compromising on the client’s requirements or desired quality standards.

Stage 5

Order Processing

We keep in close contact with the manufacturer during the order fulfilment process to ensure that the products meet the client’s requirements and proactively engage with the manufacturer to make sure that agreed fulfilment timescales are met.
Regular status updates will be provided to the client throughout this stage.

Stage 6

Shipping and Logistics Coordination

We coordinate shipping, logistics and importation processes with our verified logistics partners or with the client’s preferred agents.
We coordinate all the documentation requirements and track the shipment from collection to the client’s doorstep.
